What was needed

Mr & Mrs Parrington – Bathroom Transformation

On our initial visit, Mr & Mrs Parrington weren’t entirely sure what products they wanted, or even what options were available to them.

So, we arrived armed with plenty of brochures, panel samples and flooring samples to help bring their ideas to life.

They loved the idea of having an easy-clean, grout-free shower area, while also creating a real feature within the bathroom. We chose a natural grey stone Nuance panel, giving them a completely waterproof, foam-filled shower area with no grout lines to worry about.

For the remaining walls, we went with a lighter stone-effect tile, allowing the feature panel to really stand out while keeping the whole bathroom connected. We then matched this with a stone-effect flooring, creating a seamless flow throughout the room.

Moving onto the sanitaryware, we chose a white Roca stone-effect shower tray, paired with a concealed shower unit and a removable gunmetal shower control at the entrance, allowing the temperature to be set before stepping into the shower. The basin tap was finished in matching gunmetal to tie everything together.

A Tissiano black flush radiator and Tissiano Rolla door with smoked glass completed the shower area, giving easy access while extending further into the room than a standard shower screen.

And finally, the Tavistock Lansdown vanity unit provided exactly what was needed — plenty of storage, useful workspace and a fantastic finish.

Another bathroom designed around the customers’ needs, with every detail carefully considered.
